CONDITIONS OF RETURN AND REFUND OF PRODUCTS SOLD BY PROWEB SOFTWARE
In accordance with European legislation in this area, PROWEB SOFTWARE allows its customers to return the product purchased on its site according to the following rules:
ONLINE PURCHASE OF A SOFTWARE ACTIVATION KEY:
In this specific case, except for unusable activation key or failure attributable to PROWEB SOFTWARE, the customer, by accepting the General Conditions of Sale of PROWEB SOFTWARE once obtained and displayed said license number, expressly waives any return or refund.
However, in the event that the activation key, even after acceptance of the T & Cs and display of the license number, is defective or unusable due to a failure attributable toPROWEB SOFTWARE, the customer may, within 7 days , request by email at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org, the replacement by a valid key number. If there is still a problem, the customer will have to send a full screenshot that shows the product key doesn’t work. If customer support confirms there is a problem, then the order will be refunded.
PROWEB SOFTWARE undertakes, after checking the order number and the key number, to process the customer’s request with the greatest possible speed. (it can take until 7 days to get refund)
